Tomakethedecorativeumbrella,youwillneedthefollowingproducts:

• DesignerPaper
• PaperFlowers
• DecorativeTwigs
• CraftGlueorasiliconegun
• TwineorString
• Cardboard(forthebaseandhandle)
• Scissors
• Pencil

Step1:CreatingtheCones

1. Chooseseveralsheetsofdesignerpaper(squareformat–8x8cm).
2. Rolleachsheetintoaconeshapesothatitclosesatthebottom.
3. Gluetheedgeswithcraftglueorsilicone.
4. Make4coneswithdifferentpatternsorinonestyle–accordingtoyourpreferences.
5. Gluethefourconestogether,makingsuretheyarealignedsothattheyformafanshape.

Step2:MakingtheBaseandHandleoftheUmbrella

1. Takeathickpieceofcardboardandplacetheconesonit.
2. Tracetheshapeandcutitout–thiswillbethebaseofthepanel.
3. Chooseasheetofdesignerpaper,tracethebaseonitandglueitontothecardboard.
4. Drawandcutouttheumbrellahandleoncardboard(approximately17cmlong).
5. Coverthehandlewithdesignerpaperinasuitablepattern.
6. Cutoutasmallpieceofpaper,shapedlikealittlefan–itwillbeusedtofinishthebottompartoftheumbrella.

Step3:JoiningAlltheElements

1. Gluethealreadyassembledconesontothefinishedcardboardbasewithglueorsilicone.
