How to Make a Decorative Christmas Tree at Home? ?

The Christmas holidays are a time for creativity and coziness. Creating a decorative Christmas tree with your own hands will not only bring warmth into your home, but also give you the chance to enjoy the process. In this article, we will show you an easy and fun way to make a beautiful little tree with minimal materials and effort.

Required Materials

• Plastic beads (various sizes and colors);
• Textile star and snowflakes;
• Twine (in green);
• Wooden sticks;
• Cardboard;
• Red felt;
• Scissors;
• Pencil;
• Hot glue and glue gun.

Step 1: Making the Base

1. Outline four small circles on the cardboard using a template or a round object, and cut them out.
2. Glue them one on top of another with hot glue to create a stronger and denser base.

Step 2: Attaching the Wooden Sticks

1. Glue the wooden sticks vertically onto the base, placing them about 1–1.5 cm apart from one another.
2. Secure each stick with glue, making sure to keep them stable while the adhesive dries.
3. Glue the tops of the sticks together with hot glue to shape the top of the tree.

Step 3: Wrapping with Twine

1. Start wrapping the twine around the sticks.
2. Wrap in different directions to create even coverage and tightly conceal the sticks.
3. At the bottom, glue a strip of felt to finish the base of the tree.

Step 4: Decoration

1. Arrange red and white beads on the tree to add color and sparkle.
2. Add snowflakes between the beads, or other felt figures, securing them with a small amount of hot glue.
3. Place a large sequin star or another decorative element at the top of the tree.
