Product description
Oval, plastic bead depicting an eye
In addition to using them as a substitute for traditional glass evil eye beads, which you can incorporate into Martenitsa or jewelry, these beads will also be useful if you need eyes for souvenirs or toys you’re making.
The symbolism of the evil eye - The belief in evil eyes, capable of causing misfortunes with their impure force, is very ancient and definitely not unfounded. Haven’t we all been in situations where we felt pierced by an envious gaze? Is there anyone who hasn’t become a conduit for negative energy when feeling threatened, offended, insecure, or angry? Reflect on these questions, and you’ll see it’s wise to arm yourself with any good that’s at hand. Whether the eye is that of Nazar, Horus, or Fatima, since the legends are numerous, hardly matters; what’s important is the faith that empowers the amulet.
