The difference between physical matter, energy, and spirit lies in the level at which they vibrate. Physical matter is dense and has a low vibration, the Universe vibrates on an infinite level, and between them, there are countless degrees of vibration.
The beauty of this principle is that modern science supports it, and new scientific discoveries tend to confirm it. However, ancient civilizations outlined this principle thousands of years ago.
As mentioned at the very beginning, the difference between physical matter, energy, and spirit lies in the frequency of their vibration. In other words, spirit can be described as energy vibrating at a higher frequency, while matter is energy vibrating at a lower frequency. Light, too, is a form of energy. Depending on which sense perceives it, we call energy light, sound, heat, movement, and many other things. The spirit is often identified with light. External light sustains life and is essential for every living being, while internal light is equally vital for the spirit. It manifests in different colors, which we can call “The Colored Rays of Light.”
Normally, the human eye cannot see the color of energy, but through meditation, one may sometimes perceive a vivid energetic field around oneself, radiating a certain color. It then becomes clear that the psychological influence of colors is not merely a mental concept or a form of symbolism, but a tangible reality.
The human body, soul, vital energy, and mind form a complex energetic system—or rather, several interrelated systems. The contact points where these systems meet and interact are called chakras. Chakras are powerful energy and psychic centers that influence the spiritual, mental, and physical state of a person. Each chakra governs a specific aspect of human life and connects the individual with a particular inner dimension. When the chakras are balanced, one leads a harmonious life and achieves success in all areas of development. There are various techniques for strengthening this balance, one of which is the use of semi-precious stones.
For an energy system to function properly, order must be maintained. When chaos reigns, it cannot be effective. The electromagnetic frequencies emitted by electronics and electrical systems are chaotic compared to natural frequencies. They disrupt the organic integrity of energy and can weaken every living organism. The human body’s electrical system strives to resonate with the Earth’s vibration—7.83 Hz, known as the Schumann Resonance. Yet in today’s technological environment, we are bombarded and overloaded with more frequencies than our bodies were designed to handle. Countless modern conveniences—cell phones, TV towers, radio stations, computers, WiFi, fluorescent lighting, and more—constantly expose us to electromagnetic frequencies.
Crystals, formed with the Earth’s creation and transformed through its metamorphoses, are the DNA of the planet. They serve as repositories of their evolutionary memory over millions of years. Regardless of their shape, they can absorb, store, focus, and emit energy within the electromagnetic spectrum. Wearing natural stones and crystals allows us to counteract the chaotic frequencies surrounding us. This produces a natural grounding and stabilizing effect on the energy field. By finding the right crystal, we can restore not only the electromagnetic field of our body but also the colored rays of light that form the aura and spirit.
Each of the seven main chakras governs specific functions of both body and spirit. Each has its own color vibration and resonates with a particular range of the light spectrum. Stones whose electromagnetic radiation resonates with the same light rays typically nourish and stabilize the corresponding psychic center or chakra within the human body.

The Law of Polarity states that everything can be divided into two opposite parts, and that each contains the potential of the other.
Quantum physics, based on the law of duality between particle and wave, shows that the smallest particle can exhibit the qualities of a wave, and a wave can exhibit the qualities of a particle. Similarly, white contains black, the low coexists with the high, and the slow with the fast. The same applies to euphoria and depression, sun and moon, kindness and cruelty, earth and sky, the magical and the mundane.
When you can see life from two opposing perspectives, your emotions become more balanced. This is what the principle of polarity is all about — BALANCE.
Every time an event causes you to experience an extreme emotion, you create the opportunity to feel an equal and opposite emotion. One-sidedness is merely an illusion. Once you realize this, you understand that the world is a perfectly balanced system.
Following the same principle, energy can be divided into active and receptive forms.
There must be a balance between these two forces. Without the receptive, the active energy acts without restraint, order, or reason, leading to chaos. Conversely, if receptive energy exists alone, it reflects endlessly without acting, leading to stagnation. When active and receptive energies are balanced, actions are thoughtful and lead to success and prosperity.
Polarity can also be observed in colors. Warm colors are energizing and activating, while cool colors are absorbing and calming.
The same applies to semi-precious stones and crystals.
Black, red, orange, and yellow stones energize, activate, and encourage creativity and abundance. They can be used for healing, luck, success, courage, and confidence. They awaken one’s ability to direct and control energy, thoughts, and consciousness.
White, green, blue, and purple stones possess receptive energy that is magnetic and soothing, promoting love, peace, and tranquility. They can be used for meditation and stress relief and serve as conduits for wisdom, healthy sleep, friendship, well-being, and growth.
Gemstones that are multicolored are multipurpose. They carry the metaphysical properties associated with all the colors they contain.
