HOW TO MAKE JEWELRY FROM EPOXY RESIN

Handmade jewelry is a reflection of every woman’s unique style and class. In this article, we will show you, step by step, how to create a stunning piece of jewelry from epoxy resin. Give your beloved woman a memorable accessory for her special day.

Required materials:

Epoxy resin for jewelry

Silicone mold

Silicone mold

Dried leaves

Glass beads

Resin colorant

Steel chain

Steel ring

Clasp

Let’s get started!

Step 1: Begin by preparing the epoxy resin. You will need a cup, a spoon, and disposable gloves. Mix the resin with the hardener in a 2:1 ratio. Stir until the mixture becomes thick and smooth, and all air bubbles disappear.

Step 2: Select dried flowers, decorative beads, and suitable silicone molds.

Step 3: Pour a small amount of the prepared resin mixture into the silicone molds, then place the chosen decorative elements and fill the mold with more resin. If you wish to change the color, add a drop of the colorant.

Step 4: After waiting approximately twenty-four hours for the resin to harden completely, carefully remove the finished pieces from the molds.

Step 5: You can use these pieces to create necklaces, earrings, or bracelets. Choose a suitable chain and clasp to make the type of jewelry you prefer.

And here it is — a fresh and elegant necklace, perfect for International Women’s Day or any other special occasion.
